THE

PHILIP PAPERS

“Understandest thou what thou readest?”
…How can I, unless some man guides me?

In the Acts of the Apostles, a man reads the prophet Isaiah and does not understand.
Philip is sent to him.
Beginning from that Scripture, he opens Christ to him.

The Philip Papers continue this same work:

“These meditations follow the order of The Divine Dialogue,
where God speaks. Man is revealed and responds. Christ mediates and fulfils.”

CHRIST is revealed

When the road grows hard, Christ does not soften His words. He simply waits to hear whether we will stay.
